We all are pretty much aware about the excellence of Elon Musk who is the founder and the chief engineer of Space X. Well, he has been working on putting computer chip in human brains for a while and finally gets approval from the FDA. Neuralink is the company founded by Elon Musk that works for the chip implantation in the brain. This chip can build a direct connection between computers or other devices and the human brain. By using this technology, Musk establishes the fact that this can ease up the neurological disorders and uplift the cognitive mental process of the human brain by blending human intelligence with the artificial intelligence.
Getting the green signal from the FDA (The Food and Drug Administration) for human trails was a challenging task for Musk as people are worried about the consequences. According to many, this technology could cause damage to the tissues of the brain. It was not until the early 2022 that Neuralink started the process for the FDA approval but it was rejected. However, the very recent approval of the FDA though raised tension; Neuralink announced in Twitter that it is not ready for a clinical trial yet. Therefore, there is nothing to worry as Musk impresses upon the fact that whenever, this technology would prove effective through clinical trials, this will then benefit countless individuals in the near future.
