Good news for the Indians. Now Indians having valid passport can visit 62 countries visa-free as the Henley Passport Index ranked India at 80th worldwide.
People with valid Indian passport can now visit Barbados, Angola, Bhutan, Bolivia, Cambodia, Fiji, Ethiopia, Iran, Jamaica, Kenya, Madagascar, Thailand, Togo, Tunisia, Zimbabwe, Tanzania, Sri Lanka, Somalia, Myanmar, Nepal, Haiti, Indonesia, Cook Islands, Burundi and the 38 others,visa-free.
This year’s list crowns six nations with the most powerful passports. France, Germany, Italy, Japan, Singapore, and Spain share this status, allowing their citizens to travel to 194 countries without a visa, whereas the United States holds the seventh spot with entry to 188 countries.
Now if we look at Afghanistan, this country gets the position at the bottom of the list, granting its passport holders,reach only 28 countries without a visa. Then comes Syria with visa-free entry to 29 countries, Iraq with 31, and Pakistan with 34.
